"I have been working out with Anna for almost three years. One year in person, and due to covid and a move, two years virtually. She has been sending me workouts for a couple years. We have been using the “Trainerfu” app for a few months now and it is a great tool. Anna does an amazing job of creating workouts that are doable and challenging. Anna personalizes the workouts considering any issues I may have (such as age (68) joint pain and even a hairline fracture that now needs some special work. When I follow them consistently I can definitely see and feel the difference in my body and my health. The Trainfu app makes it easy to follow the workouts and I love the videos added for each exercise to assure that I am doing them correctly. Anna has been a wonderful trainer and the Trainerfu app is a great tool."

“I used Anna as my personal trainer (group and individual) for 3 plus years while she was employed at Life Time Fitness. She was great, motivating, caring, gave me detailed instructions, exercise plans, and diet advice. I always looked forward to my training. I referred several friends to her, and we had a great time at our group appointments. I was very sad when she left Life Time and moved outside my area. I consider her a friend and we keep in touch periodically. I would definitely recommend her, and would use her services if she were closer to me."
