Located in the Clayton Neighborhood of Denver, Howell BarBelle Club is a training studio for women. We don’t care what you wear just that you’re there. It’s a place that is open to all fitness goals and experience. Workouts can be modified to fit everyone’s individual level. We try to make the workouts fun and challenging for everyone involved. Workouts vary month to month based on the phase of training we are currently in. We work hard to make everyone feel included and valued.

Most workouts include a variety of equipment. Depending on the phase of training you can expect to use bikes, rowers, dumb bells, barbells, suspension training (rings), slam balls, kettle bells, barbells, plyo boxes, mats and your own body weight. A typical workout includes some form of cardio and strength stimulus. Workouts are designed to target all major muscle groups in a week as well. The workouts are great for people with weight loss, tone and definition, and general fitness and longevity goals.
