Virtual

Basic Workout Plan

$15 per month

Just need a plan? Here’s a monthly plan designed to target all major muscle groups using the equipment found at most gyms. This plan using an app where you’ll receive 3 days/week of workouts. This program is great for beginners to intermediate and will help you feel confident in the gym knowing what to do.

1:1 Virtual Training

$90 - 55 min session

Workout with a trainer from wherever you have internet access. These are great for those looking for a lot of flexibility in their programming while also seeking more accountability and guidance.

Custom Workout Plan

$100-$220 per month plan

Do you know your way around the gym and common exercises but need help achieving your goals? This plan is great for someone looking for a custom, detailed plan designed towards their goals with their exact equipment in mind. You can pay for one month or get whole new workouts each month. Custom plans are delivered to an app on your phone.
