What to expect

Our gym is for women. It was started with the idea that women should feel comfortable when they workout regardless of what they wear, how messy their hair is, or if they have children’s fingerprints all over them. It’s a place where women can be themselves and get a great workout.

We use progressive training to help you lose weight and not plateau. The workouts are designed primarily for weight loss goals. The gym is a lot of moms looking to improve their fitness and get toned. Since the workout types change monthly it is ideal for helping shed unwanted fat. In the summer we offer family boot camps for kids, grown ups, nannies, or care takers. We also offer small group training or personal sessions if you want something tailored a little more toward your specific goal.
